We operate a five-day delivery schedule, with established delivery routes covering customers across Northern Ireland.

Different areas are serviced on different days, helping us provide a reliable and efficient service. Delivery days vary depending on location, so please contact our team to confirm the scheduled delivery day for your area.

Our experienced drivers understand that delivering to care homes, nurseries and other professional environments isn't always as simple as dropping an order at the door.

We're familiar with the day-to-day requirements of care providers and understand the importance of delivering safely, efficiently and with minimal disruption to staff, residents and service users.

Our regular delivery routes also mean you'll often see the same familiar drivers who get to know your premises and your delivery requirements.

We'll be happy to confirm delivery availability in your area and discuss your requirements.

Yes. Delivery is free on orders over £50 within our regular scheduled delivery areas. Orders under £50 may incur a delivery charge, which we'll confirm when you place your order. 

Place your order before 2pm on the day before your scheduled delivery day, and we'll aim to deliver it on your next scheduled delivery. If you're unsure of your delivery day, just contact our team and we'll be happy to confirm it. 

Please check your order when it arrives and contact our office as soon as possible if you believe anything is missing. Any shortages must be reported within 48 hours of delivery, after which the delivery will be closed on our system and we may be unable to investigate the discrepancy. 

We understand that things don’t always go to plan. If you’ve missed the 2pm cut-off or need an order outside your usual scheduled delivery, just give our team a call.

We’ll always do our best to accommodate you. Depending on our delivery routes and where our drivers are scheduled to be, we may still be able to arrange delivery or find another suitable solution.

While we can’t guarantee delivery outside our normal schedule, we’ll always do what we reasonably can to help.
